REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS

All classes are run by Peter May (6th Dan), assisted by the clubs senior students. 

Classes often consist of kihon waza, renraku waza, kihon gumite, ohyo gumite, kata and shiai (contest fighting) or jiyu kumite (free fighting).

A clean white karate-gi should be worn for training.  Beginners are very welcome to attend (their first 2 session are free of charge),  and are advised to wear comfortable sports clothing.
